Design, implementation, and optimization of wireless networks.

Three phases, one accountable team. Use all three, or start where your project is.

Phase: Design

Network assessment and architecture

Design is where a coverage or capacity problem becomes a specific plan. We start with the environment, not with equipment.

Best for operators and owners who know there is a problem but not yet the right fix.

  • RF assessment of the site and its surroundings
  • Capacity needs for the people and devices the site serves
  • Network architecture choices between small cell, DAS, or a mix
  • A design that partners and property teams can build to

Phase: Implementation

Partner coordination and infrastructure deployment

A wireless build depends on many parties: carriers, hosts, contractors, and the property itself. Implementation keeps them aligned to the design.

Best for projects with a design in hand that need a team to carry it through delivery.

  • Coordination across carriers, partners, and site stakeholders
  • Infrastructure deployment against the approved architecture
  • One accountable point of contact through the build
  • Changes handled against the design, not improvised on site

Phase: Optimization

RF testing and performance assurance

Installed is not the same as working. Optimization tests the live network and tunes it until performance matches the design intent.

Best for new builds that need proof, and for existing networks that underperform.

  • RF testing across the coverage area
  • Tuning where measurements show gaps or interference
  • Performance assurance after install
  • A clear record of how the network performs

Questions

Common questions about the work

What is the difference between small cells and a DAS?

Both bring cellular coverage and capacity to places where it is weak. Small cells are compact radio nodes placed close to users. A distributed antenna system spreads signal through many antennas, often inside a building or venue. Assessment decides which, or which mix, fits the site.

Do we have to buy all three phases?

The phases fit together, but the right starting point depends on where your project is. Some clients need design, some need a build carried through, and some need an existing network tested and tuned. Tell us where you are on the contact page.

Who coordinates the carriers and contractors?

We do. Partner coordination is part of implementation, so you have one accountable point of contact instead of managing every party yourself.

How do we know the network works after install?

Optimization covers RF testing and performance assurance. We measure the live network, tune where needed, and confirm it performs as designed.
